If OBD Shield PRO isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You don't need to give a reason. The product must be returned complete — adapter, guide, stickers and pouch — and in resaleable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email obdshieldproaustralia@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and an address.
  3. Send the item back. Unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied, return postage is at your cost.
  4. Once received and checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

2-year hardware warranty

We warrant the adapter against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. If it fails in normal use within that period, we'll repair or replace it, or refund it, at our option — at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal cosmetic wear.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights — the guarantee above is offered in addition to them.
