Where we ship

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from Australia.

Cost & delivery times

Remote and regional areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we'll re-send it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
